I just wanted to pass this message along to everyone. I have just received a phone call from Mr Webb. In July, Mr. Webb hit a shoal with his boat and the claim was reported to Premier Marine. Mr. Webb had just informed me that he has received “FANTASTIC” claims service from Premier Marine. His boat was fixed within a week by Gordon Bay Marine and repairs were completed beyond his expectations. Mr. Webb said that his surveyor Bill Welton was wonderful to deal with. Mr. Webb continued to say “This is first time I felt I got a good deal with insurance.”

It is always nice to hear something positive about insurance companies and I thank Mr. Webb very much for sharing this with our office. Premier Marine to me has an excellent underwriting team and now we can add “FANTASTIC” claims service.
